Whether you’re looking for a regular clean, end of tenancy or a spring clean, we follow our MOLLY MAID HomeSafe Cleaning method which puts the health and safety of all our customers, their families and our team of maids at the core of how we operate. MOLLY MAID employs friendly domestic cleaning cleaner who work in teams of two – a Route Manager and an assistant – and supply all domestic cleaning products and equipment. The Route Manager will perform a quality check before leaving the home, and if the customer is present, they will also be invited to join the inspection to ensure they are satisfied and the clean meets the high standards expected and upheld by MOLLY MAID.
If your regular maid team is ill or on holiday, a replacement team will be sent to perform the clean to the same high standard to ensure you do not miss a clean on your specified cleaning day. All maid teams drive branded cars and wear distinctive, recognisable, MOLLY MAID uniforms; there is no question your home is in safe and professional hands.
