I give one star as 0 isn’t on offer. I received a dreadful experience with this firm. I was a loyal customer here for 6yrs - I questioned an invoice I received for substandard work they carried out on my behalf. The next thing, I receive a county court summons for the disputed invoice. Needless to say I payed the invoice, but its left me feeling extremely disappointed that a trusted figure could turn on their customers the way David Harland did. POOR SHOW!! Beware!!
